Jacq Vaca is a community retention specialist who transforms digital spaces into thriving ecosystems. With nearly a decade building digital communities and 5+ years elevating crypto projects, she brings a unique blend of creative vision and operational precision drawn from her diverse background in advertising, fashion, luxury hospitality, and performance art. As a classically trained opera singer, Jacq brings natural charisma to public speaking and technical panel discussions, having contributed her talent to Polygon Labs, EthGlobal, & the Ethereum Foundation, and countless panels. When she's not building business communities, you'll find her active in LA's indie music & dance scene, harvesting from community gardens, & contributing to trailblazing crypto communities like Friends with Benefits.
